1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Forensic Files products to addresses across India, subject to courier availability for the delivery location.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within same days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.
3. Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination, courier service, weather, and other circumstances.
Remote and certain non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the applicable delivery location and order value.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of ₹999 or above, subject to the applicable shipping terms displayed at checkout.
Orders below the free-shipping threshold may have applicable delivery charges.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the contact details associated with your order.
You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment through the applicable courier service.
6. Delayed Deliveries
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be delayed because of:

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Forensic Files is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
8. Damaged Package
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs or a video of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.
Forensic Files may request photographs, videos, order details, or other information to investigate the issue.
9. Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs/videos.
After verification, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
10. Unsuccessful Delivery
If a courier attempts delivery but the order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or delivery is otherwise unsuccessful, the courier may make another delivery attempt.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped because of incorrect information or circumstances attributable to the customer.
11. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to request cancellation.
Cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order.
